Project: create a program to make "affiliate sites"

Summary: to create a small application that allows me to fill in a number of parameters and auto generate a small website (html and css). generally would be used to create affiliate sites.

main features

-choice from a number of header images, backgrounds, and colours
-type in site name once and have it populate multiple areas on site
-pre written privacy policy, that auto fills in web site name and contact info
-very simple text editor (similar to wordpress text editor) to add content to the site pages.
-tick boxes to select h1,h2,h3 tags etc
-box to add google adsense code

the main idea is to fill out a "contact form" style page selecting parameters and adding content, click create and a folder would be created that has (index,contact,privacy,about html files, and one css file)
Requirements:this will be a little vague as i have just come up with the idea, but trying to get a handle on the costs.

the main goal of the app will be to make it easy for someone with little to no html/css expriance to create a simple website. this is targeted at affiliate marketing.

the programe would give users a multiple choice view of how they want the site.

i would provide the images needed for the app

put simply the first page users would see would be like a contact form:


site name:
tick box for H1 or H2 tag

site slogan:
tick box for H1, H2, H3 tag

meta keywords:

meta description:
(max 250 characters)

google adsense code:

google ad position:
tick box for top or bottom

image:
options for size and justification

content:
(simple wordpress style text editor (bold, italic, justification, etc), with option to highlight some text and add H1,2,3,4,5,6 tags to it)

autoresponder code:

paypal buy button code:
(maybe other pay methods as well)


they would then click next, second page would be as follows:


choose site layout:
menu top/bottom
width
left/centered

corner style:
square/round

background:
colour/image (some predesign images, ability to select custom images)


content area


background colour:
10+ web safe colour choice

header image:
simple colour select/choice of pre designed images, ability to select custom images)


once finished user clicks "create", the program asks for destination and then creates fully veryfied html files, css file, and folder containing all needed images.

user would them simply ftp these files to his webhost and have a site up and running.

looking for this to be done the simplest way possible, maybe even cross platform (for pc)

    Comment: Given the details described and with all the CSS, image files, and other items needed for the application delivered to me, I can deliver OS X and Windows versions of the application.

    The design can incorporate a simple logo and other branding details provided by you. Application icons are not included in this price, a simple generic icon would be provided at no extra cost. Should you wish to provide Windows and OS X icons then I will use them. We can discuss icons further should you wish.
